Monday, December 7th, 9-10 am
Positive Energy (Love) to Create Calm in Your Day
Susan Clark, Reiki Master and Certified Yoga Instructor of Heal From Within

Bring some brightness, positivity, and love into your day. The stress of this challenging time is being felt by many. Susan will show you how to tap into Universal Life Force Energy and Unconditional Love for quick and easy techniques that fit in the "nooks and crannies" of your day. These effective and fast techniques will reduce stress for you and the people you care for.

Tuesday, December 8th, 12-1 pm
Mindful Awareness for Nurturing a Positive Mindset
Lisa Campbell, HHT, CMMI of Mind Fulfilled
Learn how you can use your mindful attention to find and nurture a positive mind, body, and emotions! Experience greater well-being, anytime and anywhere you choose, and learn to radiate kindness and peacefulness to those you love. We will practice mindful awareness and a core heart-expanding technique from the HeartMath Institute.

Wednesday, December 9th, 9-10 am
Gentle Hatha Yoga
Donna Kramer Merritt of The Gentle Place
This gentle yoga class is suitable for everyone, including beginners! We will do some breathwork, gentle stretching and warms ups, and basic yoga postures. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a blanket or cushion, and a set of yoga blocks if you have those! If not, you can use soup cans, a large book, or have a stool or lightweight chair nearby.

Hypnotist Peter Gross helps you discover your personal subconscious drivers to unleash a better, more powerful You. Through the hypnotic process you will release stress and connect with undiscovered confidence and creativity.

Friday, December 11th, 12-1 pm
Gentle Hatha Yoga
Kat Suwalski of The Gentle Place
This gentle yoga class is suitable for everyone, including beginners! We will do some breathwork, gentle stretching and warms ups, and basic yoga postures. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a blanket or cushion, and a set of yoga blocks if you have those! If not, you can use soup cans, a large book, or have a stool or lightweight chair nearby.

Monday, December 14th, 12-1 pm
Chair Yoga
Karen Zelinsky of The Gentle Place
This gentle yoga class is suitable for everyone, including beginners, and is also great for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor or might need support while standing. Bring a lightweight chair without arms.

Tuesday, December 15th, 9-10 am

Knowing how to find restful experiences and create relaxation in your body is an empowered practice with mindful awareness. Learn to create more peace and calm in your life to help improve your day and relax into a restful night. We will practice mindful awareness and practices from U.C. Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.

Thursday, December 17th, 12-1 pm

Friday, December 18th, 9-10 am
Gentle Yoga Flow
Michele McLaughlin of The Gentle Place
This gentle yoga class will include synchronizing breath with movement, and a flow from one yoga posture to another. Although some yoga experience (or one of the gentle hatha classes from the previous week) is helpful, it is not required. Michele will offer modifications for those who need them. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a blanket or cushion, and a set of yoga blocks if you have those! If not, you can use soup cans, a large book, or have a stool or lightweight chair nearby.
